Sometimes looking clearly in the mirror and then comparing yourself to others can help you remember that no one's perfect.

Start the Exercise

Pick someone who you admire very much.

List things that make them so great.

Now think about this person's areas for improvement.

Focus on this person you admire and try to see their flaws realistically.

Now focus inward. Write down some ways you're doing well.

Example: "My boss liked my presentation last week."

Now list your areas for improvement.

Try to be impartial, stay kind to yourself.
